Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at customerservice@thecolorisrainbow.com or call (215) 806-2589 and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
