At TheColorIsRainbow, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@thecolorisrainbow.com or call (215) 806-2589.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and/or customized items are not returnable.
